Everyone can benefit from healing touch - I integrate many techniques (Shiatsu, Flying Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki &  Aromatherapy) to promote a state of peace & harmony.  A balanced state of peace & harmony allows my clients access to their own inner healing ability and a deeper connection within their body, mind & spirit. I not only listen to what my clients are saying but also to what their body's are communicating and meet them exactly where they are in growth and development with compassion, encouragement and respect.  Because Shiatsu is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) there can be emotional, physical, mental & spiritual releases both during the session & afterwards which can help balance the overall energy and induce a deep sense relaxation and connection with self.

Clients receive Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Bodywork fully clothed on a futon on the floor. Each session lasts 60 minutes, allowing time for the client to discuss any relevant issues with the practitioner after the session.

Please wear loose, comfortable cotton clothing, arrive on an empty stomach (eating at least 2 hours before massage) arrive a few minutes early

​Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for the missed treatment.


Shiatsu is a unique form of bodywork that provides the satisfaction of touch along with a profound energy-balancing experience. It is based on the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) meridians, pathways within the body that channel Qi, Prana, lifeforce, energy throughout the body. Energy can get stuck along these meridians, causing illness, disease and pain, both emotional and physical. Shiatsu releases stagnation and congestion of Qi along the meridians through gentle stretching and pressure. The benefits of a shiatsu session include relief from stress, complete relaxation, a more complete connection of mind, body and spirit, greater self and body awareness, inner peace, and an increased mastery of your own health and well being. It also relieves many kinds of chronic and common problems, aches and pains. Joint pain, muscle tension, headaches, stress and fatigue can be alleviated by a Shiatsu session.
Thai Yoga Bodywork incorporates Hatha Yoga asanas that allow the client to experience the benefits of poses that may be difficult to achieve unsupported.
